Cancellations/Refunds/Changes for International Lines

CANCELLATIONS 
Cancellations shall strictly be made before departure time, during office hours and going in person to the Eurolines ticket office where the ticket was bought, or sending an email to booking@eurolines.it.

REFUNDS 
In case of cancellation made by the passenger, he/she has the right to the following refunds:

  • 75% of the ticket price if the cancellation is made until 48 hours before the expected departure time (if the amount to be refunded is inferior to 10€ no amount will be paid).
  • 50% of the ticket price if the cancellation is done within 48 hours before the expected departure time (if the amount to be refunded is inferior to 20€ no amount will be paid)

No refunds will be admitted if the cancellation is received after the departure time.

PROMO or LOWCOST rate tickets' cancellation made by the passenger gives no rights to any refunds.

Ticket refund claims shall be sent to postvendite@eurolines.it or mailed to:  EUROLINES ITALIA S.R.L.  Contrada Piano Delfico – 64100 TERAMO, attaching the original ticket properly canceled by an authorized office, and providing the details and IBAN of the bank account to be credited.

Refund rights lapse 2 months after the cancellation date.

All refunds will be performed within 2 months from the claim receipt, except for those cases that require longer investigations. Refunds are subject to a 8 euro administrative fee per claim.

The amount to be refunded for the single way of a round-trip or flexi ticket is equal to the difference between the full ticket price and the one-way standard fare, minus the above mentioned fees and expenses.

No refunds will be granted if the passenger is not able to continue the trip due to his/her breach of the travel documents' regulations of any crossed countries, or due to any situations caused by the passenger himself/herself (e.g. if the passenger does not show up at the scheduled appointment after the rest stop, or if he/she has to get off the bus for personal or health reasons, or if he/she is forced to get off by the crew due to harassment or drunkenness, etc.)

CHANGES 
Standard fare tickets can be changed until 72 hours after the departure upon payment of a fee equals to 50% of the ticket price.

PROMO and LOW COST fare tickets can not be changed unless explicitly provided for the specific line.

Changes can be made by the passenger himself/herself  if the ticket was purchased directly on www.eurolines.it, by entering the booking reference number in the "change booking" field, and paying the relative fee by credit card, or at any SISAL office; otherwise the change shall be made during office hours and going in person to the office where the ticket was bought, or sending an email to booking@eurolines.it.

DATE CHANGE
For standard fare tickets the following fees apply:

  • € 4 if the change is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure
  • € 8 if the change is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure

ROUTE CHANGE 
Route change is admitted only within the same line until 24 hours before the departure and for standard fare tickets only. A 25 € fee per person per change applies.
