Regulations

1. SENA Card 2010, SENA Card and Fidelity Card are strictly personal, and their use is restricted to owner only. Using FIDELITY CARD if you are not the owner or after the expiration date is not allowed and will be considered as legally punishable offence.

2. The owners of a valid SENA Card 2010, SENA Card or Fidelity Card have the right to purchase unlimited special price tickets, to be used PERSONALLY on Sena bus lines.

3. Any losses or thefts of SENA Card 2010, SENA Card or Fidelity Card must be immediately communicated by the owner to SENA s.r.l. via di Gabbricce, 14 - 53032 Castellina Scalo (SI) - Phone 0577 306055, and confirmed by written communication (also by fax on 0577 306056) attaching a copy of the report to the Police Authority. The owner will be held responsible of the card use until the above mentioned communication is received by SENA.

4. SENA Card 2010, SENA Card and Fidelity Card must be provided together with the travel document to SENA travel crew. If the passenger can not provide it, s/he will be charged the amount of the discount plus a 3 euro fee.

SMS BOOKING

Text message booking service is available for Sena Card 2010, Sena Card or Fidelity Card owners only. SMS booking must be confirmed by purchasing the ticket at least 30 minutes before departure time in a ticket office of SENA sale network, with the exception of credit card purchase.
Booking text message must be sent to 348-8079830 from the same phone number that was provided by the passenger when purchasing Sena Card 2010, Sena Card or Fidelity Card.

As you can see in the message text, you must provide the route, the departure (using the time of the very first departure in Siena – this general rule applies also to all other cities), and the date as a 4 digit number with no spaces or dots; finally you must provide the SENA Card number.
