Low Cost Fares' Terms and Conditions for Italian lines

Baltour Group - always focused on the customers' needs - offers, in annual projection, 100.000 tickets at very low prices.

• LOW COST 10: price 10,00 €, for tickets booked and purchased at least 15 days before the departure date;
• LOW COST 15: price15,00 €, for tickets booked and purchased at least 10 days before the departure date.
• LOW COST 20: price 20,00 €, for tickets booked and purchased at least 5 days before the departure date.

New low cost fares in force from 01/11/2011 are valid throughout the year except on Christmas time, Easter time, July and August. Special fares apply on a limited number of tickets per route, on specific days of the week and on some rides only. Promotional rides are identified by the special fare mark on the tab-price list displayed on the on-line booking/passenger's details page on this website. A LIMITED AMOUNT of tickets is sold, and only for some specific rides;

• Low cost or special fare tickets are strictly PERSONAL;
• Low cost or special fare tickets CAN NOT BE REFUNDED;
• Low cost or special fare tickets are NOT-TRANSFERABLE;
• Low cost or special fare tickets CAN NOT BE CHANGED.
